Financial Options For Our Patients In order to provide you with the
highest quality dental care on a sound business basis, we provide our patients
with an estimate of fees and arrange for a payment schedule. By
establishing a clearly defined method of payment, we hope to eliminate confusion
and simplify insurance claims. So that we will both have a definite
understanding, please let us know which payment option is most appropriate for
your budget and retain this for your records.
1. Cash 5% Accounting Reduction
When paid in full on the day of service.
2. Major Credit Card
Visa, MasterCard, etc.
   
3. Extended Payment Plan
Dental Fee Plan - Fees in excess of $1,000.
For our patients with dental insurance, we will help you receive the maximum
benefits to which you are entitled. As a reminder, our responsibility is
to you and your long-term oral health and to assure that you have
the finest options of care available. Your insurance coverage is a
contract between you and your insurance company; therefore, you are directly
responsible to us for the obligation of payment for any treatment rendered.
We realize that emergencies can occur. Should an unforeseen situation
prevent you from making a pre-arranged payment, please contact our office to
avoid the possibility of a misunderstanding.
